✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • 👞 Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • 🧾 A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • ❌ Final sale, clearance, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

  2. 📝 Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. 📬 Ship the product back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
