2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@funpariz.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will need to provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: After receiving your RAN, package the product securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item).
- If you received a free shipping offer, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Exchanges

The item must meet the return conditions listed above. In the case of exchanges, you will be responsible for any difference in price, and additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective item or incorrect order), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
