1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Vietnam. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

Urban Areas: 2-4 business days
Suburban & Rural Areas: 4-7 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and order weight/size. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.

🚚 Standard Shipping: Starts from ₫30,000
🚀 Express Shipping (Available in select areas): Starts from ₫50,000

🎁 Free Shipping: Orders over ₫1,000,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your package’s delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select locations.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas.

Oversized or high-value orders may require additional verification before shipping.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us for assistance.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

For damaged or missing items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts, customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
